Print Guidelines
Please send all print files as a PDF at 300 ppi and designed to the dimensions of your print. When possible, add bleeds and trim marks for more accurate printing and trimming. We cannot print your file if it is not sized correctly. We do not print from PNGs or JPGs.
Small Format Printing
For small-format printing, our printer does not print to the edge. Note that there will be a 1/4″ white border around the edge of your print (8.5×11 or 11×17 paper). Please leave a 1/4″ (.25) margin for small-format items. Any copy that is in that area will be cut off.
Unfortunately, we cannot print on paper brought to us; this is a liability to our machines. If you have a type of paper or printing type you would like to see offered, please email us, and we will see if it is a service we can add.

Sticker Printing
Please send all files as a print-ready PDF at 300ppi and designed to the dimensions of your print. We also accept .svg or .ai file types (for sticker printing only).
Our stickers are printed in batches of 25 to 100. Stickers are printed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so allow 3-5 business days for production. Please reach out even if you have a higher quantity, and we can give you a custom estimate.
